Mon. 10:00 - 5:00pm EST
Tues. 2:00 - 7:00pm EST
Wed. Closed
Thurs. 2:00 - 7:00pm EST
Fri. Closed/Admin day. Variable communication.
Rather than being able to self-schedule for 7pm times, please email me to ask about availability.

I am not in-network with any insurances, meaning I don’t take any. Instead, I am out-of-pocket. If you have out-of-network benefits from your insurance company, I can email you monthly Superbills to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

I am not meeting clients in-person at this time. All sessions are telehealth only.

A quiet, noise-free space that is free of distractions.
Please do not have sessions with others in the room without notifying me ahead of time. It is important that we have privacy to talk freely and confidentially.

Please provide 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment. Appointments not canceled with 24 hour notice will be charged the full session fee.
Please be on time for your session as other clients may have appointments immediately following yours. If you are late, the session will still end on time and you will still be responsible for full payment amount.

If you are running late to session, please send me a quick email, text, or phone call to let me know. Otherwise after 10 minutes into our scheduled time, if I do not see or hear from you, I will consider it a missed appointment and our appointment will be canceled.

If I do not hear from a client within 10 minutes of our appointment start, I consider the session a “missed appointment” and cancelled. If by chance a client shows up for a session after the 10 min window, I may not be available.
Since the session is at that point cancelled, I may no longer be around my laptop or office phone line to know you are trying to join the session.
