Relationships take work. so does a fulfilling sex life.
A Specialized sex therapist can help guide you
Pssst. Let’s talk about sex.
I know. I know. Talking about S-E-X can be embarrassing for some people. Toss in sexual health problems that mess with your libido (or make sex painful and unpleasant), and you can feel tempted to keep your thoughts to yourself.
Nothing good in life comes easy. That includes a fulfilling sex life. We’re here to help.
The Passion Lab creates a safe space for you to share your deepest thoughts about the medical, psychological, personal, and interpersonal factors impacting your sexual satisfaction.
Together, we’ll reframe your sexual challenges so you can have the great sex life you deserve.

Hello! I’m Meagan
My name is Meagan Celia Narvaez, and my pronouns are she/her. I am a queer, Latinx, spicy-food-lover working from home in Pittsburgh, PA.
I am also a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania (License #PC012989) and Washington (License #LH60860215).
My role in your life is to create a safe place for you to explore what a healthy and fulfilling sex life looks like for you. Everyone is different. We all have priorities and needs surrounding passion and intimacy. I’m not here to tell you that you should be getting physical a certain number of times each week. Instead, we go deeper. We get personal. There is no cookie-cutter advice here.
Break Down the Barriers to Sexual Pleasure
We remove the obstacles that get in the way of sexual pleasure and give you the tools to build the intimacy you’ve always desired – whether that’s with one partner, a few partners, or yourself.
Sex gets pushed aside or deprioritized for many reasons, including the shame and taboo status our society places on sexuality. We toss misconceptions out the door when you log on to a virtual counseling session with me.
I offer a judgment-free zone to help you build - or rebuild - your connection to your body, desires, and your partner(s).
My expertise extends to asexual and aromantic clients and clients exploring an ace/aro identity.
The language around sex therapy can often seem exclusionary of asexuality, often pushing the idea that a lack of sexual desire is a problem to be fixed.
That is not an approach I use in my practice. I support anyone who identifies as asexual or aromantic. In our sessions, we will explore and understand your identity, as well as find ways to navigate what intimacy and sexual expression mean to you and your relationship(s).
Telehealth sessions only.
